Aglocomails.com Terms and Conditions of Aglocomails.com Membership Aglocomails.com™’s is dedicated to safeguarding the information we gather and protecting members from spam and other community abuses. In simple terms spam (a.k.a. unsolicited commercial e-mail, unsolicited bulk e-mail, mass e-mail, junk e-mail) is a message that advertises goods or services that you send to someone without their prior consent or in the absence of a previous relationship. In one respect is the electronic equivalent of the junk mail you receive in your postal mailbox every day. But because of the economics of Internet e-mail, it is much worse. In more advanced terms there are several types of spam, including spam messages sent via e-mail, instant message (IM), SMS (mobile text messages), chat rooms and message boards. E-mail, IM, and SMS spam are defined as any message that is addressed to a recipient with whom the initiator does not have an existing business or personal relationship or is not sent at the request of, or with the express consent of, the recipient. Chat room and message board spam consists of messages sent or posted which are unrelated to the topic of discussion of the particular group or message board. There are other types of Internet abuse that, for purposes of aglocomails.com™ policy, qualify as a form of spam and are strictly prohibited. These include off-line activities such as distributing flyers or leaflets on private property or where prohibited by applicable rules, regulations, or laws. if you find any spmmer,plesae forward to spam@aglocomails.com.com. aglocomails.com™’s anti-spam policy, acceptance of which is a condition of our General Membership Agreement, is very simple: if you spam, you are out. Your account will be closed, your referrals will be lost, any benefits due to you will forfeited, and you will be ineligible for a new account. Furthermore, any member who would benefit from your membership will lose the benefit of your referrals. Similarly, if anyone you refer violates this policy, you will lose the potential benefit of having the spammer as a referral as well as the potential benefit of having the spammer's direct and extended referrals as referrals. This means that all members of aglocomails.com™ have the responsibility (and a strong incentive) to make sure that everyone you refer understands appropriate ways of promoting aglocomails.com™. |
